For those who don't know who Jake Nicholas Barton is he is the great-grandson of WWII British prime minister Sir Winston Churchill.
Born to Arabella Spencer Churchill, granddaughter of Sir Winston, and James J. Barton in 1973, Jake Nicholas Barton (picture left, handcuffed) is 34 years old.
He was arrested at his Sydney home in June 2006 during a series of raids in which officers seized some 250,000 ecstasy tablets worth around US$13 million and 18 kg of MDMA - the powder used to make the drug - with a street value of $2.5 million.
Barton pleaded guilty in the District Court in Sydney on November 20 to involvement in the multi-million dollar party drug syndicate, thus facing a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
