Meet John Coward, the co-pilot who maneuvered the crippled BA038 Flight to land short of Heathrow's south runway. Although he did fear that Heathrow crash-landing would end in catastrophe, it's his talents and skills that helped save the lives of all 152 passengers and crew onboard BA's Boeing 777-667 carrier.
