Mei Sze Chan, an owner of a real estate business, is the wife of Jeff Greene a wealthy real estate developer who has homes in Malibu and Beverly Hills as well as a 145-foot yacht. Then 32-year-old Mei Sze , who was an ethnic Chinese born in Malaysia but later emigrated to Australia, married 52-year-old Greene in a lavish wedding ceremony at Beverly Hills on the evening of Sept. 29 in 2007.
