French president Nicolas Sarkozy gave a $30,000 heart-shaped engagement diamond ring to new fiancee Carla Bruni - who is now also rumoured to be pregnant with his child - when he proposed to her in Egypt on Christmas Day.
But as the picture shown above, Sarkozy has given the same diamond ring to his previous wife Cecilia in2006.
