Dr. Amit Kumar, aka Dr. Santosh Raut (man in the picture above, via), is a horrible Indian kidney thief who does not have a license to perform surgery but had stolen more than 600 people's organs to sell.

Kumar has been identified as the mastermind behind a recent illegal kidney trade - one of India’s biggest kidney rackets - which was exposed by a late-night raid on January 24 in a house in Gurgaon, India.

Those thief doctors sold between 400 and 500 kidneys in the past seven years. They used to remove kidneys from poor labourers and pay them between $1,280 and $2,560. But the buyers paid the doctors about $30,000 to receive the kidneys.

Kumar has been arrested in a kidney racket in Khar in August 1994. But he jumped bail and wasn't seen again. He is now absconding with two other 'doctors', Jeevan Kumar (his brother )and Saraj.  Source: ABC; DNA
