It was announced on September that Avril Lavigne and ex Deryck Whibley split up after three years of marriage, and now sources say Avril is moving in with her “oily oil heir" lover Brandon Davis!

A friend of the 25-year-old punk pop prince tells In Touch, “Avril is selling her home where she lived with Deryck, while Brandon still lives in his family’s Bel-Air mansion….They both needed a place to live, so they decided to move in together.”

It was revealed that Avril and Brandon has been house hunting in Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills this week.

"She and Brandon aren’t sure where the romance is headed, But Brandon has never lived with a woman before, so it’s a big commitment on his part.” the insider says.

Avril Lavigne and her Sum 41 frontman hubby Deryck Whibley have split after three years of marriage, according to Us Weekly.

Avril, 25, has reportedly told Deryck, 29, to move out of their $9.5 million estate in L.A.'s Bel Air.

"She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on. Divorce papers will be filed any day now." a source was quoted as saying.

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley married in July 2006 after two years of dating.

Both Avril and Deryck’s rep had had no comment till now.

The marriage of Avril Lavigne and husband Deryck Whibley seemingly  hit the rocks. According to the report, on the day Avril Lavigne performed on a concert in China earlier this month, Whibley was seen partying other woman in California.

On Oct. 2 - the same night Avril was performing in Lijang, China - Deryck was spotted out with a statuesque brunette beauty.

“It seemed as if Deryck and his woman couldn’t keep their hands off of each other,” an insider at Villa nightclub told The Enquirer.

“They huddled at a private table, and Deryck had his arm around her and was holding her hand.”

The Ontario natives - who wed in July 2006 - have been virtually leading separate lives, according to the insider.

The two have tried relying on long distance phone calls and e-mailing to hold their troubled relationship together. But while 24-year-old Avril has been touring the world, Deryck has back-burned his career in favor of partying, say sources.

Someone now really begins to speculate that the marriage between the two Canadian rockers might end in a divorce.

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley might be headed for divorce after Avril’s world tour caused a rift inbetween the two.

The couple have been married for two years and according to the National Enquirer, Lavigne and Whibley tried to maintain their relationship via long-distance phone calls and emails but it may not be enough.

“Deryck isn’t motivated in his own career, so he’s been drinking and partying,” a source told the Enquirer.

Avril Lavigne Concert on August 29 "Too Sexy" For Some Malaysians

Avril Lavigne's concert in Kuala Lumpur on August 29, 2008 is deemed "too sexy" for some Malaysians. Kamarulzaman Mohamed, of the powerful Young Wing of Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party, had asked the Malaysian government to cancel the planned concert to be staged at Stadium Merdeka, saying Avril Lavigne concert would promote the wrong values ahead of Malaysia's August 31 independence day.

"It is considered too sexy for us. It's not good for viewers in Malaysia. We don't want our people, our teenagers, influenced by their performance. We want clean artists, artists that are good role models." Kamarulzaman Mohamed was quoted as saying by AP.

Mohamed's claim was slammed by Freddie Fernandez, president of Malaysian Artistes’ Association.

“This is the most ridiculous thing to do – to ask for a cancellation of such a decent performer like Avril Lavigne." he said.

“Avril's music is very popular here. PAS Youth should never deprive Malaysians of the chance to watch the concert.”
