Joe Jonas, Ashley Greene Split Up

Joe Jonas has split from Twilight star Ashley Green after nearly nine months of dating!

The Jonas Brothers singer, 21, and Ashley Greene, 24, actually split up a few weeks ago after dating since Summer 2010. The couple broke up down to "conflicting work schedules", according to NYPost.

"It was mutual and amicable," an insider close to the pair explained, "They broke up shortly before her birthday, then got back together."

But in the recent interview with Details magazine, Joe gushed about Ashley in the April issue which was published this week: "I think what works about it with Ashley is she really puts my feelings first. She understands my busy schedule. She'll fly out to my shows - she's been to places in South America that I can't even pronounce."

Reps for both stars has confirmed the split.

The pair are both currently in NYC. Joe is working on his upcoming solo album. Ashley has been shooting a new campaign for cosmetics brand Mark.

Joe Jonas and Twilight star Ashley Greene have fueled speculation that they're dating after being spotted hanging out together in Los Angeles on Monday (August 9).

Joe Jonas, 20, and Ashley Greene, 23, were seen leaving Greene's Los Angeles apartment together yesterday morning, doing shopping, drinking coffee and riding in the same car.

The two were first linked last month after they dined together in London and also attended a Kings of Leon concert together.

Jonas has already dated some of the most eligible teen idols in Hollywood including Taylor Swift, Camilla Belle, and Demi Lovato. And now does the singer set his eyes on the actress of Twilight?

Joe Jonas dumped his Disney and tour partner, the 17-year-old Demi Lovato, whom he has been dating for just a few of months.

"Demi and I knew going into our romantic relationship that it may not be an easy one," Jonas, 20, confirmed the split to People magazine. "I realize over the time we have shared together that I feel

I care more about our friendship right now. It was my choice to break up but I love her as a friend. She's been there for me when I needed her. I will continue to be her friend and be there for her."

Joe Jonas famously dumped Taylor Swift in 2008 by a “27-second” phone call. But this time, contrary to the reports, Jonas and Lovato didn’t break up over the phone.

“I'd like to clear a few things up. First, Joe and I did split but it wasn't over the phone. Things didn't work out but we'll remain friends.” Lovato took her Twitter to clear the rumours up, saying," “Secondly, I am NOT dating anybody already. Nothing is more important to me than the relationship I have with my fans. Just thought you guys should know this."

Jonas and Lovato first met on the set of Camp Rock in 2007. The pair went public with their relationship in March. They will tour together since July 27 in Dallas.

Demi Lovato & Joe Jonas Dating: Demi Lovato Confirms She Is Dating Joe Jonas

Demi Lovato is dating Joe Jonas, the 17-year-old singer/actress has confirmed that during an interview with Access Hollywood's Billy Bush on his radio show Friday.

When the host asked the Disney star if she'd ever dated any of the Jonas Brothers, "Umm, maybe," Lovato said.

"Which one? Joe?" asked Bush, to which Lovato said, "Yeah. He's actually… he's my best friend."

"So you guys went from boyfriend-girlfriend to best friends?" Bush said.

"No kind of the opposite," the Sonny with a Chance star explained.

“Oh? So you're dating him now?" Bush asked.

"Umm, yeah he is my best friend and he is incredible," Lovato finally admitted.

Lovato and Jonas met on the set of Camp Rock in 2007 and toured together in 2008. The couple recently filmed a music video for their duet Make a Wave.

Joe Jonas spoke against Taylor Swift, who has been telling various media outlets about Joe's breaking up with her in an allegedly 27-second phone call! Joe Jonas, 19, who is now dating the 22-year-old 10,000 BC actress Camilla Belle, eventually6 tried to defend himself on a MySpace post. Although he didn’t mention Taylor Swift by name, Joe Jonas blogged to explain their recent break up.

On the breakup and accusation of cheating Taylor Swift:

"Several things I will state with all my heart. I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me. On the alleged 27-second phone call:

"For those who have expressed concern over the '27 second' phone call, I called to discuss feelings with the other person. Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk. A phone call can be pretty short when someone else ends the call. The only difference in this conversation was that I shared something the other person did not want to hear."

Camilla Belle, the 22-year-old 10,000 BC actress who starred in the Jonas Brothers' music video Lovebug is reportedly the new girlfriend of Joe Jonas, the 19-year-old member of band Jonas brother. But they won't reveal their relationship to the public at present.

"They [Camilla Belle & Joe Jonas] met on the set of his music video [Lovebug]. All the guys always had thought she was really pretty and that's why they asked her to be in it. It was only after doing the video that they began to date. They are not public about it but they've just been hanging out with their friends and Joe's brothers. They are very private about it. She's a really good girl and it seems they share a lot of the same characteristics and morals," an insider source was quoted as saying on People.
