Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez sparked dating rumors again after they were photographed leaving IHOP together arm-in-arm on Wednesday!

Justin and Selena were spotted by TMZ on a breakfast date in Philadelphia before they were scheduled to perform at the Q102 Jingle Ball. And an eyewitnesses claim that the two looked "cuddly" while sitting on the same side of the booth inside the restaurant.

Rumors are spreading that the 16-year-old "Baby" singer and the 18-year-old Disney star are a couple after they were spotted spending a lot of time together in California recently. Firstly, they were seen attending a sports game together. And a few days later, they were seen getting frozen yogurt at Menchie’s where they were spotted holding hands as they left.

Hmmm…do you think the two pop stars are really dating?

"The Russo family embark on a vacation to the Caribbean resort where Jerry (David DeLuise) and Theresa (Maria Canals-Barrera) first met. To cancel the spell, Alex, Max (Jake T. Austin) and Justin (David Henrie) must set out through the jungle to find the all-powerful "Stone of Dreams". Meanwhile, Max scrambles to make his parents fall in love again. As Alex and Justin are searching for the stone Justin disappears because he is the first child and Max and Alex must prove that they can save their family on their own.”

Selena Gomez and Taylor Lautner dating rumor sparked again when they were spotted stepping out together in Vancouver over the weekend.

Selena Gomez, the 16-year-old Disney Wizards of Waverly Place star, were photographed hugging Taylor Lautner, the 17-year-old Twilight actor during an outing for dinner together at the Cactus Club in Coquitlam on Saturday, April 25.

The two teen stars looked happy after the dinner. They then went to a nearby cinema to watch Beyonce Knowles's thriller Obsessed .

Both Selena and Taylor are currently in Toronto shooting their new movies ( Ramona and Beezus and Twilight sequel New Moon, respectively). The pair previously has been snapped outings together a few times. Are they just friends?

Selena Gomez is set to be the next Hannah Montana equivalent of Disney. Now like Miley Cyrus whose risque photos showing her kissing and hugging boyfriends are everywhere in the internet, such pictures of Selena Gomez won't be found any soon. It was now revealed the teen star who plays Alex Russo in Disney's latest hit Wizards of Waverly Place vowed to be a virgin until getting married.

The 15-year old actress caught up with Extra on the set of her Seventeen Magazine shoot, where she said that she plans to practice abstinence until she says 'I do,' even asking her dad to give her a promise ring as a reminder of her personal vow.

"I said, 'Dad, I want a promise ring.' He went to the church and got it blessed. He actually used me as an example for other kids," she says.

Selena, who is being hailed as the new Miley Cyrus, says waiting to have sex is not only a promise to herself, but to those who love her.

"I'm going to keep my promise to myself, to my family, and to God," she says.
