Philadelphia police beating led Pilly police in hot waters! A video captured by a helicopter crew of WTXF-TV in Philadelphia during a police chase on Monday shows Pilly officers kicking and beating three suspects pulled from a car during a traffic stop. The three suspects reportedly involved at a triple shooting at the time. But still the police associated with the incident were accused of the brutal law enforcement. The Philadelphia police authorities are now investigating their officer's conduct.
