Joy Deleston Murdering: Son Anthony Tyrone Terrell Murdered mother Joy Deleston and Her Daughter with Rapper Juvenile, Jelani

Joy Deleston, Georgia Gwinnett County Sheriff's Deputy, was allegedly shot by the teenage son named Anthony Tyrone Terrell. Together with her were daughters Micaiah, 11, and Jelani, 4, who was fathered by Louisiana rapper Juvenile.

Cops in Georgia arrested a 17-year-old boy on Friday and charged him with killing his mother, who was a local sheriff's deputy, and his two small sisters. One of those little girls was the daughter of rapper Juvenile.

Anthony Tyrone Terrell Jr. allegedly gunned down his mother, Gwinnett County Sheriff's Deputy Joy Deleston, 39, and her two daughters, Micaiah, 11, and Jelani, 4.

Jelani was Juvenile's daughter. In 2003, the rapper, whose real name is Terius Gray, was arrested for abandonment of a dependent child after a DNA test determined he was the father.

Terrell, a sophomore at Central Gwinnett High School, has been charged with three counts of murder and three counts of aggravated assault. He is currently being held in the DeKalb County Jail.

The AP report said because of his age, prosecutors cannot seek the death penalty against Terrell. According to prosecutor Danny Porter，a preliminary hearing will be set next week in Gwinnett County Superior Court.

She was very active in her early days in the movie world and had lots of scandals with many stars. No conclusive guesses for who it might be. [A lot of Chinese netizens speculated she is Cherie Chung, but others guess Christy Chung]

The other woman on the right is known as “冇艇搭”and is nearing 40 years old. She has appeared in movies over the past 20 years but is gradually moving towards a career in the financial world. Her photos are mostly taken in a hotel and has many close-ups and is quite “racy”. The photos aren’t very clear though and are likely to come from a video. Widely speculated to be Carina Lau.

Mike Smith, the lead singer and keyboardist of the Dave Clark Five (aka "The DC5", wikipedia), died of complications from pneumonia at the Stoke Mandeville Hospital outside London on Feb 28. He was 64.

The illness is believed to have arisen after the singer suffered a chest infection, stemming from complications of a 2003 spinal chord injury that left him paralyzed.

The Dave Clark Five was one of the most successful 1960s British Invasion Bands. They were the second group (after The Beatles) to have a chart hit in United States with singles including Glad All Over, I Like it Like That, Any Way You Want It.

Neverland Ranch May Be Auctioned In March

Neverland Ranch, the sprawling 2,800 acre property in Santa Barbara County, California, owned by Michael Jackson, will be put up for sale at a public auction on 19 March unless the former pop king pay up the $23 million loan.

Jackson bought the estate in 1988 for $30 million as his private amusement park and home, naming it Neverland after the whimsical land where children never grow up in J.M. Barrie's classic Peter Pan story.

But is no longer in operation since his June 2005 acquittal of child molestation charges. In March 2006, Jackson was fined for failing to pay his Ranch employees' salaries and insurance payments since December 2005.

Static Major, original name Stephen Garret, died unexpectedly on February 25th, 2008 in his hometown of Louisville Kentucky. He was 32.

Ferrum College Locked Down for Searching Possible Campus Shooting Gunman

Ferrum College (website), a private school in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Virginia, was locked down for searching for a suspicious man on campus. From Wdbj7.com

Breaking news at Ferrum College. The school in Franklin County has issued an alert and is on lockdown.  Anyone trying to find out information can call (540) 365-4232, 4202, 4206, or 4239.  Due to the high volume of calls, your call may not be answered immediately.

Police have been going door to door, alerting students and asking that they and staff members stay indoors. Sirens have reportedly been going off since 8:15. We're also told that Ferrum Elementary School is on lockdown, as well.

According to their website, all classes have been cancelled for today. 

News7's Hollani Davis says armored vehicles are headed to the campus.  She was told house cleaning staff saw someone suspicious this morning and alerted the proper authorities.  She's also been told a white male with a hand gun was seen heading towards a building around 7:30 this morning.  Hollani says there are seven life-support units on standby. 

We do know hospitals were put on high alert this morning. 

We're hearing from several people that shots were fired in Bassett Hall, however, the college has not confirmed this.

Anthony Adams, a Ferrum College senior, says he was on the way to class when authorities told him to go into Garver Hall with other students and faculty.  He called News7 from that location and said "we were told to stay in the building, lock the door, close the blinds, and be quiet."

Another student, Adam DeGennaro, says he saw someone in custody being walked back into the building.

Now two students from University of South Florida, Nisreen Swedberg and friend Sarah Williams, claimed they were too pretty to fly on the Southwest Airlines plane. What did the bizarre they meet? Tampa, Florida – Prejudice against pretty?

That's the claim from a pair of 18-year-old best friends from Oldsmar who were escorted off a Southwest Airlines plane.

USF student Nisreen Swedberg and friend Sarah Williams claim the flight crew was rude to them from the moment they stepped onto the plane at Tampa International Airport on February 14.

Swedberg said she asked a flight attendant for a bottle of water and was told she could wait until the rest of the flight was served.

“And I patiently waited and then when they came around with water, they skipped me,” Swedberg said.

At one point, Williams had to use the plane's bathroom. She saw another passenger in it, and when he hadn't come out 15 minutes later, she knocked on the door.

When he came out, Williams says the man came over to her seat and yelled a profanity at her. Williams admits she yelled a profanity back at him but was puzzled when she says the flight crew only questioned her.

“I think they were just discriminating against because we were young decent-looking girls. I mean, nobody else on the plane looked like us except us,” she said. “[The flight attendants] were like older ladies. We were younger. Who knows, they could have been just jealous of us because we were younger.”

Southwest defends the incident, saying the women caused a disruption on the flight.

When the plane landed in Los Angeles, the women were escorted off by four uniformed police officers and later questioned by the FBI.

Nearly two hours later, the women were released. No charges were filed.

Still, Williams and Swedberg say they were banned from all future Southwest Airlines flights, including their scheduled flight home to Tampa.

She then turned the tables on her Democratic rival and accused him of using the controversy surrounding the alleged leaking of the photo to distract the public's attention from deficiencies in his platform and experience.

"I know nothing about it," Clinton told ABC affiliate WFAA. "This is in the public domain. But let's just stop and ask yourself: 'Why are you -- why is anybody concerned about this?'"

Clinton said that she found questions about whether her campaign leaked the photo to be "really laughable."

"This is one more attempt by my opponent's campaign to change the subject," said Clinton, "From his health-care plan that won't cover everybody, from an economic plan that won't produce jobs, and from a record that is pretty thin when it comes to national security and standing up for our country around the world."

Carine Desir Death: American Airlines Passenger Carine Desir Dies on Plane With 2 Empty Oxygen Tanks

Carine Desir, 44, of Brooklyn, returning home to New York from Haiti collapsed and died aboard the American Airlines Flight 896 on Friday after pleas to ask oxygen tank were reportedly turned down.

Carine Desir, who was returning home to Brooklyn, fell ill on a Friday flight from Haiti, according to Antonio Oliver, a cousin who was traveling with her and her brother, Joel Desir.

Desir asked for oxygen, but a flight attendant twice refused her request, Oliver said Sunday.

Other passengers aboard Flight 896 became agitated, he said, and the flight attendant, apparently after phone consultation with the cockpit, tried to administer oxygen from a portable tank and mask, but the tank was empty.

Two doctors and two nurses were aboard and tried to administer oxygen from a second tank, which also was empty, Oliver said. A nurse also tried CPR, to no avail, Oliver said.

The pilot diverted the flight to Miami, 45 minutes away. But during that time, Desir died, Oliver said.

According to Kansascity.com reader DMK, Oxygen bottles (full) are required safety equipment on board every flight. They are there for decompression situation which would allow the Flight Attendants to move about the aircraft and see to the passengers. That aircraft should not have been allowed to go airborne with empty tanks. American Airlines now is definitely in hot waters!

Update: Carine Desir, wife of New Yorker Mario Fontus, was a nurse and a mother of two, son Dimitry Fontus, 10 and daughter Tatiana Saint-Victor. She completed a mission to Haiti to hand some money to her relatives there, but very tragically, Desir who suffered from diabetes and high blood pressure, died of heart disease and diabetes onboard American Airlines' Airbus A300-600 jet. Although her cousin claimed that AA's flight attendants slowly responded to her unfitness, AA's spokeman Tim Wagner insisted its employee did nothing wrong.

The recent story of Carine Desir, a 44-year-old woman who died on an American Airlines flight from Haiti to New York, has a lot of people thinking: Could that happen to me? Well, it could. But it's not likely and there's no reason to panic.

But what should you be thinking about before you get on an airplane? There are times when you should rethink flying, but it's not always a simple decision. Here's how flying is most likely to affect your health and some things to think about when you're deciding to fly or not to fly.

First off, it is worth noting that two important things happen on a plane shortly after takeoff. One has to do with pressure. If you are on a small plane that flies below 10,000 feet, the plane may not be pressurized. Larger planes that fly 30,000 to 40,000 feet above the earth will be pressurized, but because of the differential, the cabin altitude will still feel like you are about 8,000 feet in the air. Most people can tolerate this just fine. The oxygenation is also slightly lower in airline cabins, again not a noticeable difference for most people.

Still, there are people who are at most risk from these changes. People who have sinusitis, pneumonia, other respiratory illnesses as well as ear problems probably shouldn't fly and will feel pretty miserable if they do, because of those pressure changes. The cavities will expand and may cause pressure and pain.

Also, if you have had recent abdominal surgery, eye, ear or face surgery, dental work such as an abscess repair, you should stay grounded. Anyone who's had a recent concussion or colonoscopy should also wait at least a day before taking to the air. Obviously, a communicable disease such as TB (like Andrew Speaker had) should preclude you from flying. Another tip: Let's say you're out skiing and break an ankle or leg. Tell your doctor you want a soft cast or splint if you are going to be on a plane. The swelling can be awful.

There are some things you should always do on planes. Drink plenty of water and lay off the alcoholic drinks. While blood clots in the legs have not been shown to be caused by cabin conditions, they can be caused by simply sitting for long periods of time, especially with your legs crossed. Get up and walk around.
