Berani, a 245-pound male Sumatra tiger, walked out of his exhibit area about 25 minutes in
Honolulu Zoo on Thursday morning. He walked right past a defenseless volunteer and for a few minutes was in an area where nothing but a 4-foot fence separated him from the wider public areas of the zoo. A meatball finally got the friendliest of the Honolulu Zoo's three Sumatran tigers back into a secure area.
