Many many North American Hotmail users including from Canada, USA & Mexico are complaining the hotmail down. But it seems totally ok for us who are Southeast Asia users (see our screenshot below). Just weird! Are you suffering the hotmail problems? If yes, maybe it's time for you to switch to have a Gmail account!
