Cynthia Rodriguez, original name Cynthia Scurtis, and husband Alex Rodriguez, New York Yankees's slugger, have ended their marriage of 5 years, reported New York Daily News. The website said Alex Rodriguez, aka A Rod, was dumped by wife Cynthia Rodriguez after about three months of problems in their marriage. “It’s true. They’ve been having problems for about three months,” a source was quoted as saying.

Alex Rodriguez, 32, and Cynthia Scurtis, 34, got married in November 2002 and the couple had two daughters Natasha Alexander, 4, and Ella Alexander, who was born on April 21.
