Video: Jared Massey, Refusing to Sign Speed Ticket, Tasered by John Gardner, a Utah Highway Patrol Trooper

When Jared Massey refused to sign a speed ticket on State Road 40 in Uintah County on Sept. 14, Utah Highway Patrol Trooper John Gardner used a taser on Jared and frightened his pregnant wife. The video was taken by the dashboard camera installed on John Gardner's patrol car and posted to Youtube after Jared Massey obtained it. After he filed a complaint against the Utah Highway Patrol for that traffic stop, Jared is considering filing a lawsuit. Link Tags: , , , , ,
