The latest development on the sales of Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus tickets is that Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo officials have developed a method they believe would be the only fair way to sell .
Rodeo officials announced that the Disney star's tickets will be sold only to people who have won a random online drawing (say, to get Hannah Montana presale code) and have chosen to purchase the tickets. All participants registered during that time slot will have an equal chance to land the opportunity to purchase the tickets, according to an official rodeo statement.
Anyone interested in purchasing a concert ticket needs to log onto randomdrawing.rodeohouston.com between 8 a.m. Monday, Dec. 17, and 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 21. The Web site will be online only during those times and winners will be notified via E-mail by 3 p.m. Jan. 3.
