Eisenhower Executive Office, where houses the vice president Dick Cheney's ceremonial offices, was hit by a fire this morning. Thick smoke and flames (picture above) was sighted inside the historic building, it took firefighters one hour to put out the fire which was not a terrorism attack but might have started in an electrical closet or telephone bank area on the building's third floor. Luckily there were no injuries. Vice President Dick Cheney's working offices are in the West Wing of the White House, and he was not in the EEOB at the time of the fire, according to CNN.
