Jamie Lynn Spears, pictured below, is to be a real mom any time today June 19! According to reports, the 17-year-old actress/singer and fiance Casey Aldridge are already at Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center because of complications in the pregnancy.

An ultrasound last week indicated Jamie Lynn Spears’s baby may be in breech position. She is expected to give the birth via Caesarean-Section. The tot is reportedly to be named Cailynn or Cassie.
Yesterday, Lynn's elder sister Britney Spears and father Jamie Spears were seen taking a Delta flight from Los Angeles International Airport. They were supposedly now staying together with the (soon-to-be) teen mom.
