Abbey Curran Miss USA 2008 Pageant Contestant (Picture & Videos)

Abbey Curran, who was crowned Miss Iowa USA 2008 in November (see video below), is the first state winner in the history of the Miss USA Pageant who was disabled. Abbey Curran was born with Cerebral Palsy, but she didn't subject to the disability. Her motto “If you can dream it, you can do it!” has inspired her to achieve her dreams. Now Curran is ready to challenge the inaugural Miss USA 2008 Pageant Contest to be stated later today April 11 at Planet Hollywood Casino and Resort, Las Vegas.
