Cynthia Nixon, together with co-star Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, and Kim Cattrall, was traveling to UK to attend the world premiere of "Sex and the City: The Movie" in London. Apparently, the 43-year-old actress also took her longtime lover, girlfriend Christine Marinoni there. When interviewed by the British media, Cynthia Nixon revealed she wants to tie the knot with Christine Marinoni if New York State approves of the lesbian marriage.
Sex and the City star Cynthia Nixon has revealed that she wants to take her relationship with female partner Christine Marinoni to the next level by marrying her.
The actress said that she is ready to tie the knot with her long time girlfriend, if the state of New York approves of the union. In an interview with the Mirror, Nixon revealed that she was contemplating the idea of a civil ceremony with Marinoni.
"If it becomes legal, I think we would. It's something my girlfriend is interested in and it was not something my boyfriend ever was," the New York Daily News quoted Nixon, as telling the paper.
