Maria Sue Chapman, 5, the youngest child/daughter of gospel music singer
Steven Curtis Chapman, was killed last night after she was hit by her teenage brother‘s SUV in the family driveway in Williamson County, Tennessee. Maria Sue, who was adopted from China, was playing in the driveway when she was struck by the Toyota Land Cruiser. She was airlifted to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville but later died of the injuries. Our hearts and thoughts are with Chapman's family. May God comfort them in this tragedy.
