Miley Cyrus is accused of plagiarizing someone's song! Los Angels band Lustra alleged the Hannah Montana star's Rockstar was reeled from their tune Scotty Doesn't Know , a soundtrack in a 2004 movie.

Miley Cyrus has been rocked by another scandal just two weeks after the furore surrounding her provocative Vanity Fair photographs - now she's accused of ripping off someone else's song.

Los Angeles band Lustra claim Cyrus' Rockstar hit is a carbon copy of their 'Scotty Doesn't Know' tune, which appeared on the soundtrack to 2004 movie 'Eurotrip'.

Lustra were alerted to the similarities between the songs by fans and they listened to both tracks and the bandmates claim the tunes are virtually the same - with separate lyrics.

As the band is inviting  Miley "Cyrus fans who love her song to check out 'the original' on their MySpace.com web page", some may believe Lustra is doing the publicity stunt. In the fact, for myself, this is the first time I heard of such a band existing in California. Poor, Miley! It seemed that these days you can't be free of scandal!Source: IOL
