Jocelyn Kirsch, and Edward Anderton, 25, reportedly stole their neighbors’ identities, established credit lines in their names and burglarised neighbouring condos.

A police search of the couple's $3,000-a-month apartment in the exclusive Belgravia Condos at 1811 Chestnut Street in Philadelphia, turned up numerous computers, printers, a scanner and an industrial machine that makes fake ID cards.

Police also found $17,500 in cash, dozens of credit cards and fake drivers' licenses, and keys to unlock many of the apartments and mailboxes in their upscale apartment building.
