A 19-story crane crashed around 2:20 p.m. Saturday at 303 East 51st Street near Second Avenue on the east side of Manhattan, New York. The fatal crane collapse damaged four neighboring buildings and caused causalities and injuries. Mayor Michael Bloomberg said the accident was one of the worst the city has had.
