Donald Trump announced Carrie Prejean will keep her title as Miss California at the press conference in New York this morning.
In the short speech above, Donald said Carrie gave a very honest answer during the Miss USA Pageant. He also said the controversy photos leaked on the internet are "fine” because we are in the 21st century.
