Michael Phelps’ three-month suspension from competition is over.
Michael Phelps, who won 8 gold medals at the 2008 Olympic in Beijing, was suspended for three months by USA Swimming on February after a photo surfaced showing him smoking marijuana at a South Carolina party.
Now the 23-year-old swimming superstar is back in the water. He will return to competition at Charlotte, North Carolina this weekend. It will be his first official competition since Beijing Games.
