Sarah Trigger, ex-wife of Two and a Half Men star Jon Cryer, was arrested on the alleged child abuse Thursday morning.
According to reports, Trigger, 40, was taken into custody at her home in Hermosa Beach, California. She was alleged of using a weapon to abuse a child who was discovered having rope or cord marks on his neck.
Sarah Trigger, the British-born actress who appeared on CSI: Miami, married Jon Cryer in 1999 but divorced in 2004. The couple has an 8-year-old son Charlie Austin Cryer.
The identify of the injured child who is currently safe was not released because he is a minor.
Sarah Trigger was booked on charges of felony child neglect. She was freed on a $100,000 bail.
