Update: The initial report by the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) of UK on the crash said the two failed Rolls-Royce Trent 895 engines of BA38 flight but not human errors caused the accident. In a result, the failed engines can't supply the required power to keep the plane flying.
